Replacements and returns
If a sheet arrives damaged, we send a new one free. Just tell us within 7 days of delivery.
We replace a sheet when
- it is creased, torn, wet or folded in transit
- you received the wrong pattern or the wrong number of sheets
- there is a clear printing fault
How to tell us
- Photograph the sheet and the parcelShow where the damage is
- Send the photos on LINE (@iwishgiftbox)Within 7 days of delivery, with the name on the order
- We send a new sheetFree of charge. No need to send anything back.
What we can’t take back
We don’t take returns or give refunds for a change of mind: wrapping paper is easily marked once it has been unrolled and rolled again. Colours on screen can look slightly different from the printed paper depending on your display. If you are unsure, see the paper at our pop-up or ask us on LINE before ordering.
